Parish Council response to statutory recommendations under Schedule 7 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014

The external auditor for Walton on the Wolds Parish Council, Moore East Midlands, issued recommendations on the 2nd of August 2024 to Walton on the Wolds Parish Council under Schedule 7 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 in relation to the 2023-24 Annual Governance and Accountability Return. The Council held an extraordinary meeting on the 21st of August 2024 to consider these recommendations.

As requested, the Parish Council has produced a response and action plan, based on the recommendations of the internal audit, which has been submitted to the external auditor and posted on the Council's website.
